From this system, medical cases created by the patients themselves are managed today through the DKV app. For patient-medical staff communication, we have created a component to facilitate care by chat, call (CallMeBack) and videoconference.

We've been challenged of designing a product that would combine telemedicine with telemonitoring through bluetooth devices, where the priority was to develop a friendly and functional interface to facilitate the work of healthcare staff. During this process, the COVID-19 crisis arrived, so this platform has gained greater importance helping health centers in the adoption and management of their procedures in the areas of telemedicine and telemonitoring.
We are also developing the patient portal and app, so they can have access to their medical data and be in contact with their medical team through video consultations and messages.
